If you wish to use a floorplan after a 2-week float, you must leave a company check. If you have no availability once your 2-week float ends your company check will be deposited immediately. It is your responsibility to make sure funds are available once your float is due. All off-float deals will be sent to your floorplan company as a float. Any unit over 30 days will not be floorplanned through the auction.

Before choosing to use a floorplan, you must check with your floorplan company to check availability. After you have chosen which floorplan company you wish to use you must then sign a draft.

If you are unable to check your availability before you arrive at the auction, you must leave a company check instead of a draft.

On the following Friday when all the floorplans are processed and you show NO funds available, your check will then be deposited. If you have funds available, your check will be voided and sent back to you once the auction has been paid in full.

Unless you are floating, all TA deals will be floorplanned the next day. We will no longer wait until the title is received.

It is your (the dealer) responsibility to choose a floorplan with funds available. The auction will NO longer find availability for you.

If you have no funds available on the floorplan you chose, we will contact you and give you until the following Monday to find availability. If no phone call is received by closing Monday, your company check will then be deposited.

We have charged a $10 floor fee for over six years. This $10 fee is added to your bill of sale the following day.
