ANSWERS TO FAQs:
- It is best to have your vehicle at the auction before sale time. Otherwise, make sure you have your vehicle at the auction and registered in time for your reserved number(s) to be run.
- It is always best to be at the auction to represent your vehicle, but we understand you cannot always make it. Please call and give us a low dollar and a phone number where you can be reached.
- Our sales are every Thursday starting at 5:00 PM.
- We run three lanes, with approximately 300+ units weekly.
- We run a dealers' only wholesale auto auction. You must be a registered dealer to attend our sales. We do not allow the public to attend our sales. If you have drivers with you, they must have on a "GUEST" badge or they will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Yes. We will reserve you a room.
- No, it is not necessary to have your
title with you on the block, but keep in mind there is a $15 TA fee that is
automatically taken out of your check at the time of the sale.
- Yes, you will be charged the TA fee, because at the time of the sale, your check is automatically printed in the office. When dealers bring in their titles late, it causes confusion and unnecessary paperwork. PLEASE TURN YOUR TITLES IN ON THE BLOCK!
- We accept: CASH, CHECKS (ON DEALERSHIP
ONLY), CASHIER'S CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, WIRE TRANSFERS and FLOOR PLANS.
- The buyer has one hour after the last car sold to pay for their purchase(s).
- A float is when the auction holds your payment and the title for a certain amount of time. We usually offer floats free for 14 days or $50 for 30 days/4 weeks. If you float a vehicle, you can pick up your title at any time during the float, and your check will then be deposited.
- Your check will either be deposited the night of sale, or when the title arrives at the auction (if sold TA), or when your float is due.
- Yes, if you are approved for floor
plans and have enough availability/funds, then we will floor your vehicle(s)
for a small fee of $10 per vehicle. YOU STILL NEED TO LEAVE A CHECK ON ALL
PURCHASES THAT ARE TO BE FLOORPLANNED. Once we receive payment from
your floorplan company we will void your check and mail it back to you.
- If your vehicle does not sell, there will be a "NO SALE" slip printed in the office that you can pick up at any time.
You must use this as your "GATE PASS"
- You can contact us by phone or email to receive the registration packet or you can come to the auction and register.
Click here to view/print registration packet.
- It doesn't take long to register with us. For quicker processing make sure ALL the forms are complete and have been signed.
- There are NO registration fees.
- You can call us at any time to reserve numbers for an upcoming sale.
- If you would like to rerun your vehicle on sale day, go to the gate house and they will make sure your vehicle is rerun. No vehicle will be rerun until all vehicles have been run once.
- If your vehicle is left at the auction, it will automatically be re-registered for the next weeks' sale, unless otherwise notified.
- If a vehicle(s) you have purchased
is still on the lot by the next week's sale, they will be pulled to the sold
lot which is accessible from the outside of the front gates and the keys will
be left in the vehicles. This new sold lot stays locked at all times.
See someone in the office to have gates unlocked.
- We do NOT charge a "no sale" fee.
- Yes. We charge a $25 "no sale"
fee on these types of units. This fee must be paid before the unit is
registered. If it sells, the $25 will be applied to your seller fee.
- NO! All units purchased must
be paid for before they (the units) leave the premises. You may make
payment by check or cash only the night of the sale.
